Teach Me About Emotions

We were excited to review the new iPhone app "Inspired Natural Wisdom and Audio Affirmations". The same creators of "Way of Dreams" have done it again. Exceptional app here's why. If you're like me one that into inspiration, affirmations, self empowerment and the laws of the universe this app is one that will be handy to you.

When you open the app you're give presented with that is illustrated below (watch the video).  Teach Me, Inspire Me and Guide Me. Teach Me is an exploration of positive emotions. Inspire me is a list of negative emotions. Each area has an ear button you can press on and a soothing voice explains about the motion you are viewing. In the background is the most soothing music.

If you are feeling down, anger, failure, fear or any other emotion. Bring this app up and just listen. Let the app guide you. The app also has a work book that goes hand in hand with your discovery.

My iPhone Camera Translates

I didn't think they can make my iPhone any better but they went ahead and did it. Let's say your in Downtown Los Angeles and there's a sign in Spanish you can't translate but you know it's important, "Stay away gangs in the area".

Sweat no further, this new app called Word Lens by Quest Visual will translate the sign for you. All you do is open the app, point your iPhone camera to it and it translates it right on your iPhone. It's sick. Best part it's FREE right now. Watch the video presentation for yourself.

The Companion App to Any Meditation

I've come across this new app SereneMind. As someone who is a beginner to meditation I found it a bit challending to get into my meditation. I had so many things going on in my mind that it was hard to tune out.  This app will help anyone with this challenge.

Open this app and follow the quick instructions. The has a neat ball you follow and you mimic your breathing patters to what the ball is doing. Once you get the app you'll know what I mean. At any rate, the app helps get you into that relaxed state and you are on your way to meditation or a calm state.
