Teach Me About Emotions

We were excited to review the new iPhone app "Inspired Natural Wisdom and Audio Affirmations". The same creators of "Way of Dreams" have done it again. Exceptional app here's why. If you're like me one that into inspiration, affirmations, self empowerment and the laws of the universe this app is one that will be handy to you.

When you open the app you're give presented with that is illustrated below (watch the video).  Teach Me, Inspire Me and Guide Me. Teach Me is an exploration of positive emotions. Inspire me is a list of negative emotions. Each area has an ear button you can press on and a soothing voice explains about the motion you are viewing. In the background is the most soothing music.

If you are feeling down, anger, failure, fear or any other emotion. Bring this app up and just listen. Let the app guide you. The app also has a work book that goes hand in hand with your discovery.

My iPhone Camera Translates

I didn't think they can make my iPhone any better but they went ahead and did it. Let's say your in Downtown Los Angeles and there's a sign in Spanish you can't translate but you know it's important, "Stay away gangs in the area".

Sweat no further, this new app called Word Lens by Quest Visual will translate the sign for you. All you do is open the app, point your iPhone camera to it and it translates it right on your iPhone. It's sick. Best part it's FREE right now. Watch the video presentation for yourself.

The Companion App to Any Meditation

I've come across this new app SereneMind. As someone who is a beginner to meditation I found it a bit challending to get into my meditation. I had so many things going on in my mind that it was hard to tune out.  This app will help anyone with this challenge.

Open this app and follow the quick instructions. The has a neat ball you follow and you mimic your breathing patters to what the ball is doing. Once you get the app you'll know what I mean. At any rate, the app helps get you into that relaxed state and you are on your way to meditation or a calm state.

It's Amost Like FourSquare

But it's a bit different. With Foursquare you check into places you are currently at and this notifies your friends on Foursquare or other social networks where you are at (it does more but that's the short version).

With this app you check into entertainment things you are doing right now, i.e. watching a funny show like Modern Family, listening to a particular type of music, reading a books and more. Also you get to see what your friends are liking as well. Great social networking app. AND you can earn rewards and points. I love it. It's easy to sign up and start.

The Beatles on iTunes Finally!

Yesterday I opened up my iTunes to check on my Ping profile. There was a message on there with 3 time clocks on there indicating different time zones. It said to check back the next day for a surprise of some sort. Today is the day the Beatle fans have been waiting for. The Beatles are finally on iTunes! Wow! Ok maybe not an app we would usually post on her for our viewers but this is big news and we'd be remiss if we did not mention it. The Beatles on your iPhone, iPod or iPad. Cool!

There's always been rumor at every launch or keynote the the Beatles would be the great announcements but nada came out of it. Rumors rumors rumors. This is just in time for the Holiday season. They've bot a Beatles Box set on there for $149.00. Also they've got all their albums on there from Yellow Submarine to Abby Road.



Complete your music collection on your  iPhone or iPod touch. Hey another idea this is a perfect holiday gift for any Beatles fan.  I think the Beatles and Apple agree.

TV on Your iPhone

This is not so much something you'll find in the app store. It's a web based app you can go to called http://yamgo.mobi.  Pull up this site on your iPhone or iPad and view free live tv shows they have on there. Definitely an entertaining app. You'll be entertained with shows like Classic Soccer, Beach Babes, Wild Thing TV and others. Heads up there are some shows like Blond Babes may be PG 13ish close to R. It definitely got my attention. I was doing research.....

The To Do App with Free Synching

An app called Emergency First Aid & Treatment Guide - phoneflips is a quick reference you can access right from your iPhone, iPod Touch or iPad.

This app is like having that emergency kit in the trunk of your car. You never know when you are going to need it. The content in the guide is very concise and current. It covers almost every medical emergency in a no nonsense quick to find format.

Obviously it's not there to replace 911. But it is a quick reference in the event you are ever in an emergency situation. The cost of the app is $0.99. You know the Notes app  that comes with your iPhone right? Well this app is the suped up version of Notes. It's Awesome Note. You now you've got all sorts of things to do and have probably been putting your to do's on the Notes app or maybe in Evernote. Well guess what? You can transfer notes via Blue tooth and back them up over a WiFi connection.

Imagine waking in the middle of the night from an awesome dream. Wondering what it all meant? Now you can lean over to pick up your iPhone and open up this new app Way of Dreams - Dream Dictionary. Search for your dream in this dream interpretation app.  Written by author and talk radio dream analyst Kari Hohne. I did a search about falling from a skyscraper which is one I have at times. He's a well respected online entrepreneur. The Kaching app is an entertainment app. Play it when you get paid, play it when something goes your way. Or play it when you use the techniques to run an online business from this new book.  I've researched this book and apparently you can get a real KaChing button. You pay a small shipping and handling fee but you'll have to get the book for more details.

We just downloaded this StopMotion Recorder by - graf iPhone app and we are having tons of fun with it. I've always wondered how the heck they make these stopmotion movies and this app makes it so simple for anyone to do one. My favorite app this week. All you need is a little creativiy and the app. Presto changeo you've made your own stopmotion video. One of the cool features, of many this app has, is the ability to upload it straight to YouTube, Twitter and other.  The app is very intuative.
